including all system administration tasks: select, install, configure, and maintain the appropriate Windows or
Linux operating system, application software, and system
utilities, for user desktop machines and servers (domain,
web (IIS and Apache), database (SQL-Server, Oracle, MySQL,
Postgres), mail (sendmail and Scalix), and DNS).
- Provided technical support services for a staff of 16
users working in multiple locations.
- Developed web-based map applications integrating geospatial data with a wide variety of other data (including
databases, document files, photos, and video) using Java,
ColdFusion, PHP, MapServer, and Autodesk MapGuide for
intranet and internet deployment.

declining income forced a 50% reduction in staffing levels.
